CHARACTERISTICS:	The Tahiti lime, also known as Persian lime, is medium-sized. The pulp is delicate, juicy, green, acidic, and seedless. The fruit measures 3 to 7 centimeters in diameter (1 to 2.5 inches) and is typically oval-shaped. Its weight varies between 70-150 grams.
